Jorge became the Construction Specialist at Midland CDC in October 2022, bringing with him extensive experience in the construction industry.
Alivia joined Midland CDC in June 2024, bringing her experience in the mortgage field. She previously assisted a mortgage broker with document gathering and loan processing. Growing up in a family with limited resources, she developed a passion for connecting people from all demographics to the resources needed for purchasing a home.
Sandra joined Midland CDC as a Housing Counselor in October 2012. Her first home was built by Midland Community Housing Development Organization, MCDC’s sister company. With MCDC’s guidance, she achieved her dream of homeownership. Understanding the positive impact homeownership has on families and communities, Sandra is dedicated to ensuring Midland CDC remains a resourceful place for educating and equipping homebuyers for a successful home purchase.
Maria joined Midland CDC in June 2024 as a Housing Counselor/Home Pre-Purchase Consultant. She earned her HUD Certification in August 2024. With a background in Real Estate and Transaction Coordination, Maria brings invaluable experience to her role in housing advocacy. She specializes in helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of home purchasing, as well as providing budget and credit counseling. Her work in Real Estate made her aware of the critical need for education, resources, and tools to assist with home purchasing.
