As a HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency, MCDC works to help Midlanders access safe and affordable housing. Families and individuals who aren’t in a position to purchase a house still deserve a safe space to call home. MCDC has developed multi-unit properties to help improve housing options and increase stability in our community.
